Buying
- Do I need an account to buy? No. Add items to your cart, from as many shops as you like, and check out once with Stripe. Buy Now checks out a single item right away. Your receipt is emailed to you.
- Where is my order? The seller ships it. Contact them using the email in your order confirmation.
- Returns and refunds? Each sale is between you and the seller. See section 6 of the terms.
- Walk-in coolers and freezers? Use Request a Quote on the item page and Andy’s team will reply by email.
Selling
- How do I open a shop? Go to Sell With Us. Each new shop is reviewed before it goes live.
- What does it cost? Your first sale is free. After that the fee is 6.8% of the item price. No subscriptions.
- How do I get paid? Connect Stripe from your dashboard. Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe.
- What size should my banner and logo be? Banner 1920 × 480 px, logo square at least 400 × 400 px.
